Garfield Medical Center opens in Houston

Garfield, Texas (AP) Garfield Hospital, a new medical center for the elderly and chronically ill, opened Wednesday.

Garfield is a nursing home, but the nursing home has been in operation for decades.

It is one of the largest nursing homes in the country.

The new facility will be located at the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Interstate 10 in the Houston suburb of Garfield.

The facility will open at 9 a.m.

Tuesday, with services opening in the morning and ending by 9 p.m., said Dr. Jennifer McFarland, president of Garfields hospital.

Dr. Stephen Garfield works at Garfields medical center in Garfield in 2013.

He said the new facility is a big step for Garfields community and he hopes it will be an example to other nursing homes across the country that people are looking for help when they need it.

The facility is expected to cost $3 million.

Garfields officials say they hope the $3.6 million investment will allow Garfields to be able to offer affordable care to people who are at risk of dying.

The state’s Medicaid program has been struggling for years, and the program has only been funded at half of what it needed to be.

Garfields has been operating since 2002, and its current facility is one-third of its original capacity.

It has about 1,000 residents and about 1.5 dozen staff.
