The Dallas Medical Center plans to open its doors to Dallas area residents this fall.
The medical center announced the opening to the Dallas Morning News on Thursday.
It will serve as a hub for the medical community in Dallas, Austin and surrounding areas.
According to the news release, the new facility will be “an all-inclusive facility for all the medical professionals and researchers who make up the DMC community.”
The medical facility plans to be the first medical center in the Dallas metro area to serve all of its residents, and it will be the third to open this year.
The first opened in March and the second opened in April.
The DMC opened in August 2018, but closed its doors for two months because of the Ebola outbreak.
