An Indian man was found dead Friday in the capital of Nepal, authorities said, after he was found in the city of Kathmandu.
The man was identified as Bhagwan Das.
He was 37.
Nepal’s interior ministry said that a police officer at the hospital who was called by a man in a vehicle spotted the body of the man and called police.
An ambulance arrived and took him to the capital city’s Kathmanduz Medical College.
He later died there.
Nepal is in a state of emergency.
A police officer said the man had died in the early hours of Friday morning after being found in a residential area of Katha Pol.
A local official told The Associated Press that the man’s identity had not been released.
